Shire Valley Design is owned and operated by Jeb & Beth Humma. Jeb started his career in welding and metal fabrication in 1981 building and repairing steel and aluminum truck bodies. In 1985 he, along with his wife Beth, were invited to serve as volunteer support staff at Watchtower in Brooklyn NY. The prime focus of the work done there involves the production of Bibles and Bible literature. Jeb’s assignment in construction welding included:
- Steel stair fabrication and installation
- Mild steel and stainless steel railing fabrication and installation
- Historic district reproduction ornamental ironwork
- Wrought iron fence and gate fabrication and installation
- Structural welding and fabrication (including a class 1 NYC welders license)
- Misc. custom ironwork
Shire Valley Design began in 2002 drawing on past training and experience spanning more than 20 years in association with many skilled ironworkers. As a NOMMA member, Shire Valley Design has access to a network of the nation’s finest ornamental metal fabricators and suppliers. As you browse our portfolio, our work speaks for itself.
